Half Lamb or Hoggett

We will butcher your lamb to your own individual requirements, however, if you prefer to have the standard cuts then you will get the following:

• 1 x leg joint (whole or halved on the bone)

• 1 x shoulder joint (whole or halved on the bone)

• 1 x boned and rolled breast joint

• 1 x rack

• Approx 6 x chops

• 2 x stewing chops (scrag end)

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

• The cuts for each order are labelled individually and are packed ready for cooking or freezing.

• We deliver in an insulated cool box.

• Orders are delivered direct to your door at an agreed time.

• Delivery is free within 10 miles.
