Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

• The cuts for each order are labelled individually and are packed ready for cooking or freezing.

• We deliver in a cool box.

• Orders are delivered direct to your door at an agreed time.

• Delivery is free within 10 miles. Deliveries outside a 10 mile radius are charged at £10.
